1. Who we are and what we offer
https://dannyviasus.com is the site of the author Danny Viasus (Colombia). Here you can read the prologue and first chapter of each book for free, buy the full edition on Amazon, and purchase each book's premium area: complementary digital material (extended workbook, spreadsheet templates and a bonus chapter).
The full books are sold on Amazon under Amazon's terms. These terms apply to the use of this site and to premium-area purchases.
2. Price and payment
Each book's premium area costs US$ 9 (one-time payment, no subscription). The price is shown before you pay; taxes applicable in your country are calculated and charged at checkout.
Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record: it issues the invoice, collects taxes and appears as the merchant on your card statement.
3. Delivery and access
Access is immediate after payment. The extras are available from your library on this site, signing in with the same email you used to pay. If you had no account you will receive an email with a sign-in link; if it expires you can request a new one from the sign-in page.
One purchase unlocks the premium area of both the Spanish and English editions of the same book.
4. Refunds
If the premium area is not what you expected, write to hola@dannyviasus.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount. Refunds are executed by Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method.
5. License
All content (texts, illustrations, workbooks, templates) is protected by copyright. When you buy the premium area you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the material privately. Reselling, publicly sharing or redistributing it is not allowed.
6. Your account
Sign-in works through links sent to your email or with your Google account; there are no passwords. You are responsible for keeping control of your email. We may suspend accounts that share the material or abuse the service.
7. Content and liability
The books and extras are narrative and educational works. They are not financial, legal or tax advice, and the decisions you make with your money are your own. We do what is reasonable to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Governing law and contact
